Children like Max get the help they need through support of the Silly Boat Regatta.

"Max was born with a complex heart condition and several other severe abnormalities. After 5 months in the hospital Max was able to go home thanks to the Nanaimo Child Development Centre. Our therapist was instrumental in providing moral support at a very difficult time, connecting us with government programs, assisting with equipment and supplies needed to care for Max at home and leading the other therapists. The Child Development Centre continues to play an important part in the life and development of Max." Jean Marc, Max's father.

Each year the Child Development Centre helps over 1400 children and their families to reach their optimum development.

With your continued support we can make the difference in the lives of the children in our community!
